Shipping Policy

Two ways we deliver

At checkout, you will choose one of two fulfilment types:

Quick Delivery

• Free, and only available within 5km of our store — we check this using the location you pin on the map at checkout.
• Minimum order value applies (based on your product subtotal, before gift wrap or discounts).
• Paid by UPI only — Cash on Delivery is not available for Quick Delivery.
• Fulfilled entirely by our own in-house delivery team, not a courier.
• You will pick a delivery time slot at checkout.
• Once your order is out for delivery, you can follow your delivery agent’s live location on your order tracking page.

Standard Shipping

• Available more broadly, based on your delivery pincode.
• Fulfilled by courier/postal service, not our in-house team.
• Supports both Cash on Delivery and UPI.
• Status moves through Packed → Shipped → Delivered, updated by our team as the courier processes your order.
• Delivery timelines depend on the courier and your location; we do not provide live map tracking for Standard Shipping orders.
• Delivery is marked complete by our team once the courier confirms it — there is no automatic timeout.

Gift wrapping

You can add gift wrapping and a personalized message to your order at checkout for a small additional charge, shown before you confirm your order.

Delivery attempts

For Quick Delivery, our delivery agent will call the phone number on your order if they cannot locate you. Please keep your phone reachable around your selected time slot. For Standard Shipping, redelivery follows the courier’s own process for missed attempts.
